Wheels were manufactured in the West Midlands and were either fitted on arrival or sent to Regensburg for fitting before shipment to the U.K. Silver paint finish was standard on all U.K. and RSM/FMR home and export market wheels. Wheels fitted with FMR hub cap clips from 1960 (from chassis #72504) were also of U.K. manufacture. All other markets used RSM/FMR wheels with M8 x 16 or M8 x 20mm set screws with mild steel nuts and spring washers.
